Shipping and Returns

All of our candles come with a 100% satisfaction guarantee, if they don't smell strong enough or burn correctly they can be returned for a full refund. Refunds will be issued in store credit. 

Lead time: Many of our candles are made either to order or in very small batches. Typically we need 1-2 days lead time but occaisionally it can be up to 5 days.

Shipping to Canada and the USA typically takes 3-5 business days for candles and 5-10 business days for the holders. Pricing varies by region.

Worldwide shipping typically takes 5-10 business days but please allow up to one month depending on your location.
